Saturday 30th May 2020
Bundesliga – Allianz Arena
Live on BT Sport 1 HD – Kick-off: 17:30 BST
Bundesliga leaders Bayern Munich return to the Allianz Arena on Saturday evening as they host Fortuna Dusseldorf.
Following Tuesday night’s Der Klassiker victory over closest rivals Borussia Dortmund, Bayern now have a healthy seven-point lead at the top of the Bundesliga, and look set to make it eight consecutive league titles. A win for Hans Dieter-Flick’s side on Saturday would open up a ten-point gap over Dortmund, who don’t play until Sunday afternoon.
The visitors Fortuna Dusseldorf sit precariously above the relegation zone and occupy the play-off place in 16th. Uwe Rossler’s side are currently on a six-match unbeaten run which stretches back to the middle of February. Since the league’s resumption, Dusseldorf have drawn two and won one.
Bayern Munich have won their last seven consecutive Bundesliga encounters and are unbeaten in their last fourteen.
Dusseldorf have the second highest number of draws this season with nine and six of these draws have come in their last nine encounters. For those optimists, a draw is priced at 8/1 on SkyBet.
This fixture has been one of the more exciting affairs in the Bundesliga in recent years. Twenty goals have been scored in just the last five meetings between these two sides, with Bayern winning four out of five. Over 3.5 goals is priced at 11/8 on SkyBet. Bayern ran out 4-0 winners in the reverse fixture back in November.
Serge Gnabry has netted in both of his appearances against Fortuna Dusseldorf and is priced at 5/6 to score anytime on Saturday evening.
Kaan Ahyen is second placed in the disciplinary proceedings this season, with ten yellow cards in his twenty-five appearances this season. SC Freiburg vs Bayer Leverkusen – Match Preview
SC Freiburg vs Bayer Leverkusen
Friday 29th May 2020
Bundesliga – Schwarzwald-Stadion
Live on BT Sport 1HD – Kick-off: 19:30 BSTThe latest instalment of Bundesliga action kicks off on Friday night when SC Freiburg host Bayer Leverkusen.
Both sides will be looking to return to winning ways after their midweek results. Freiburg were held 3-3 away to Eintracht Frankfurt meanwhile Bayer Leverkusen were thumped 4-1 at home against Wolfsburg.
A win for Freiburg on Friday evening would see them momentarily close the gap on 6th placed Wolfsburg to only one point in their battle to secure European football for next season. Christian Streich’s side are yet to win since the resumption of the Bundesliga, so a win would be just as useful for momentum as well as ranking. Freiburg have won one of their last eight in the Bundesliga
Bayer Leverkusen on the other hand missed the chance to go third in midweek. RB Leipzig’s stalemate with Hertha Berlin means there’s now only two points separating the two sides, and a win for Leverkusen on Friday night would see them leapfrog Leipzig and claim 3rd spot.
Five of Freiburg’s eight defeats this season have come at home, which is something that doesn’t bode well ahead of Leverkusen’s visit. Leverkusen have one of the best away records in the division and have lost only three of their fourteen games on the road this season. Leverkusen are priced at 3/4 on SkyBet to grab all three points on Friday evening.
Three of the last four meetings between these two sides have ended in a draw. The last win in this fixture came last season, with Bayer Leverkusen winning 2-0. A draw is priced at 14/5 on SkyBet.
Kai Havertz has scored five goals in his last four Bundesliga appearances, including braces against Werder Bremen and Borussia Monchengladbach in his first two games since the leagues return. The German is priced at 23/20 on SkyBet to score anytime.
Freiburg’s Roland Sallai has been yellow carded in two of his last four appearances and is priced at 13/5 to be booked on Friday night.
The match will be televised live on BT Sport 1HD and kicks off at 19:30 BST.

Werder Bremen vs Borussia Monchengladbach – Match Preview
Werder Bremen vs Borussia Monchengladbach
Tuesday 26th May 2020
Bundesliga – Weser Stadium
Live on BT Sport 1 – Kick-off: 19:30 BSTWerder Bremen host Borussia Monchengladbach in the German Bundesliga on Tuesday evening.
The top of the table clash between Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund may take centre-stage on Tuesday evening, but as far as these two sides are concerned there’s still plenty to play for this season, at different ends of the table.
Werder Bremen picked up a much-needed win against Freiburg on Saturday. Leonardo Bittencourt’s first-half winner secured Bremen’s first win since January and only their fifth in total this season.
Borussia Monchengladbach meanwhile suffered a dent to their hopes of securing Champions League football with a 3-1 home defeat to Bayer Leverkusen. Saturday’s defeat was Monchengladbach’s second in their last nine games, and their third home defeat of the season.
Marco Rose’s side were 3-1 winners in the reverse fixture back in November. Monchengladbach boast a tremendous record in this fixture and are unbeaten in over five years against Werder Bremen, winning six of the last eight. BTTS is certainly a market worth exploring for this one. Eight of the last ten meetings, including the last five encounters has seen both teams score. SkyBet are offering odds for BTTS at 1/2, and BTTS with a Monchengladbach win at 21/10.
Marcus Thuram has scored in his last two games for Monchengladbach, and the Frenchman is priced at 13/8 to score anytime on Tuesday night.
Marco Freidl may be worth considering in the booking market for Tuesday night’s game. The Austrian has been booked in his last two consecutive Bundesliga appearances. Meanwhile Monchengladbach have racked up nine yellow cards in their last four Bundesliga matches, so team booking points may also be a market worth exploring.
Monchengladbach have won three of their last four games on the road and seem good value at 5/6 to pick up all three points on Tuesday evening.
Werder Bremen vs Borussia Monchengladbach will be televised live in the UK on BT Sport 1 with kick-off 19:30 BST.
